Join Our “Anglican 101” Class!

Are you curious about the rich traditions and deep faith of the Anglican Church? Perhaps you’ve been attending services for a while and have questions or maybe you’re brand new and just want to learn more. Whatever your reason, we invite you to join our upcoming Anglican 101 class!

Starting Sunday, September 21, and running for four consecutive Sundays, this class is the perfect opportunity to dive into the heart of what it means to be an Anglican. It’s designed for anyone who is:

  • Considering becoming a member of our church.
  • Curious about the Anglican tradition and wants to learn more about its unique identity.
  • Interested in the sacrament of Confirmation, a meaningful step in one’s faith journey.
  • Exploring Reception or Reaffirmation of their faith.

Over the course of four weeks, we will explore the foundational pillars of Anglicanism. Through engaging discussion and insightful teaching, we’ll cover:

  • Anglican History: From the English Reformation to the global communion we are today, discover the story behind the Anglican Church.
  • Liturgy: Unpack the beauty and meaning of our worship, from the Book of Common Prayer to our weekly services.
  • Theology: Understand the core beliefs and theological perspectives that shape our faith.
  • Sacraments: Learn about the sacraments, their significance, and their role in the life of a Christian.

Anglican 101 is more than just a class; it’s a space to ask questions, connect with others, and deepen your understanding of this ancient yet ever-relevant way of being Christian.
